Ceiling Grid System

ASI series 2” ceiling grid is fabricated from extruded aluminum alloy 6063 with tempered T5 Satin clear anodized finish designed to assist in the ever changing design needs to create the next generation of pre-engineered,  all modular advanced flexible ceiling systems for specialized commercial applications, laboratories and integration into critical cleanroom environments. Ceilings are available for complete ballroom applications or in a range of standard room designs including optional integrated air delivery plenums.

Design flexibility including factory installed features include grid opening gasket material, perimeter frame assembly of cross tee connectors and non-progressive ladder mounting frame inserts to minimize field installation time while providing fast-track material deliveries.

ASI ceiling systems are designed to provide ceiling structural supporting on maximum 50inch by 96-inch centers to building structure via our top notch grid connection flange when in suspended design. Mounting hardware consisting of locking notch nut, and turnbuckles with LH/RH threaded rod connecting from the bottom of the turnbuckle to the grid mounting point. Grid shall accommodate field change of mounting location without modification or requirement of additional grid components.
